Known Good Media started over a casual conversation with family friends. They wanted to help their son's athletic career but didn't know where to start. They aren't the only ones.
Recruiting today is aggressive. Coaches see thousands of athletes, and the ones who get noticed are the ones who put themselves in front of them. The things parents ask us most.
What kind of film works?
Any game film: Hudl, GameChanger, phone video, or a Google Drive or Dropbox link. Steady and close is best, but we work with what you have. Full games are fine. Just tell us the plays you want us to find and what your athlete is wearing.
How long does it take?
Most reels are ready within 5 days of getting your film. Need it faster? Add rush delivery when you order: 48 hours for $35. Household Name runs all season, with a mid-season and an end-of-season reel.
Which package should I pick?
Known is a full hype reel to send to coaches. Well-Known adds more plays, a recruiting profile graphic and an extra round of changes, and it's what most families choose. Household Name is for families who want us filming at games all season.
Recruiting reel or youth reel?
Recruiting reels are built for coaches: measurables, GPA and contact info up front. Youth reels are a keepsake for younger athletes, with a fun player card and a trading card, and no stats or contact info on screen.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Known includes one round of changes, Well-Known two, and Household Name three per reel. If something is our mistake, we fix it for free, every time.
What if we're not happy with it?
If the first draft isn't right, we fix it. If it's still not right, you get your money back.
Who sees my athlete's reel?
You do, first. We never post a reel without your OK, and you decide where it goes. Your film and photos are only used to make your reel.
How do I pay?
When you place your order in the parent portal, you pay securely through Stripe with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
